He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan and Khrystyna; and his siblings, Maria, Tekla and Hryhoriy.
He is survived by: his wife Anizia; his children, Ihor (Teresa), Marko (Tania) and Adrianna Oleksiyenko (Anatoly); his grandchildren, Zorian (Julia), Roksana Sawka (Orest), Sophia and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Marta, Liliana, Lubomyr, Inessa and Nadia.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turner & Porter - Yorke Chapel (2357 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6S1P4). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks you to support Ukraine as it enters its fourth year of war.
