James Townsend Obituary

Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Townsend and Bea Townsend (MacNeil) of Fairview Street; his wife Christine (MacLeod); his brothers, Bill and Richard; his siblings-in-law, Jean and Joe Lindsay; and his nephews, Stephen Townsend and Richard Lindsay.

He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley McLean, Sydney and Louise Lindsay; his nephew Brian Morrison; and his niece Julia Gordon (Joe).
