She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Gerrit; her children, Ina (Craig), Sheila (David), Art (Margaret) and Diana (Paul); and her grandchildren, George (Martha), Adam (Charlotte), Jason (Carley), Amanda (Darian), Liam (Emily), Tiffany, Brandon, Jonah, Samsun, Naomi, Caleb, Eli, Joseph, Jasper, Kieran, Ember, Ella and Declan.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the O'Connor Bros. Chapel (50 Overlea Blvd, Toronto, ON M4H1B6). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Centre (50 Overlea Blvd, Toronto, ON M4H1B6).
