It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Giovanna Cadieux Bartolo (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on August 18, 2024, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Sebastiano Bartolo and Maria Bartolo; her children, Shawn and Melissa; her sister Lucy Catalanotto (Vince); her significant other Sam Accaputo; her nephew Gabriel Catalanotto; and her parents-in-law, Elaine and Brian George.

“It is with great sadness that I learned about the passing of Joanne. Joanne has worked in my house for the past 7 years and was always meticulous. We had many wonderful conversations which I will surely miss. She was always joyful and will be greatly missed. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers go to the family and especially Melissa.
