We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2024, at the age of 63, Gabrielle Jill Plaxton of Toronto, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Gabrielle is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Gabrielle's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her father George Plaxton. She is survived by: her significant other Glenn Chisholm; her children, Zoe (Joshua) and Galen; her mother Toni Plaxton; and her siblings, Dawn (Ben), Kim (Glen) and Greg. She is also survived by her many cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Margaret Bahen Hospice.
