Etta Gowlett Obituary

As we bid adieu to Etta's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Etta has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her children, Barbara Jenkinson, Christine Krafczek and Corie Gowlett. She is survived by: her children, Linda Hurley, Donna Gowlett, Brenda Marinos (Spiros), Tim Gowlett and Sandra Gee (Greg).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McDougall & Brown Funeral Home Scarborough Chapel (2900 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M1N5). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens (2700 Kingston Rd, Scarborough, ON M1M1M5).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Toronto Humane Society or The Scott Mission, two causes close to her heart.
