With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Emma Germanese (Toronto, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Emma left this world on February 17, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Michele; and her parents, Antonio Luisa and Maria Luisa. She is survived by: her children, Vince Tony (Judy), Teresa (Giovanni) and Mary Lou (John); her grandchildren, Michael (Diana), Marc (Stacey), Anthony (Danila), Daniel (Marpe), Melissa Emma (Francesco), Sarah (Michael) and Eric (Kyna); and her siblings, Fina, Francesco and Giovanni. She is also survived by brother, sisters, brother-in-law, sister-in-laws, nephews, nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the DeMarco Funeral Home (Woodbridge Chapel) (8003 Weston Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L0K6). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Glendale Memorial Gardens (1810 Albion Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W5T1).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dementia and Alzheimer's Association in her memory.
