In loving memory of Emily Shields (Toronto, Ontario), who departed this world on February 12, 2025 at the age of 94. Emily leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert. She is survived by: her children, Lorraine, Bernie, Jeanette and Roger; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Andrea), Kathryn (Jim), James, Theresa and Jeffrey; her great grandchildren, Abby, Mac, Nate, Liam, Carter and Owen; her sister Grace; and her nieces and nephews, Betsy, John and Tristan.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Ward Funeral Home - Weston Chapel (2035 Weston Rd, Toronto, ON M9N1X7). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
