While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.

She was predeceased by: her husband Fred. She is survived by: her daughters, Alison (Anthony) and Moira; her brother Joseph; and her sisters-in-law, Rose and Greta. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Her first job was caring for patients on the Tuberculosis ward which very controversial at the time, much like the beginnings of covid now.
