It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elio Scioscia (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Francesco. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Dino (Sandra) and Lucy (Andrea Mantovani); his grandchildren, Elissia, Erica and Alessandro; and his siblings, Filomena (late Pietro), Sara (late Leonardo), Rita (late Emilio) and Gemina (Mario).
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bernardo Funeral Homes (2960 Dufferin St, North York, ON M6B3S9). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane St, Concord, ON L4K1A7).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Elio's memory can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
