She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Alfredo; her children, Marie (late Christian), Elizabeth, Margaret (Shawn) and Alfred (Anita); her grandchildren, Denise (Malcolm), Christine (Christopher), Justine, Kimberley, Freddy, Katelyn and Giuliano; and her great grandchildren, Damien and Hayley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bernardo Funeral Homes (2960 Dufferin St, North York, ON M6B3S9). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Angels Church (1481 Dufferin St, Toronto, ON M6H4C7). A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the Prospect Cemetery (1450 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON M6E1C6).
In memory of Doreen, donations in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
