He is survived by: his partner Jan Carlisle; his children, Courtney Steeves (Andrew), David Carlisle (Adrienne) and Katie Carlisle (Bram); his grandchildren, Henry, William, Sasha, Reece, Connor, Dylan, Sidney, Claire and Charles; his sister Candice Cassils; and also Jennifer Gray.
