It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dimitrios Aramakis (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nafsika Aramakis and Konstadinos Aramakis; and his siblings, Chrysoula, Niko and Michaeli.
He is survived by: his spouse Calliopi (Popi); his daughters, Bess (Jim), Chrysoula (George) and Nancy (John); and his grandchildren, Melena, Andie, Stathi, Alexandra, Demetri and Bobby.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Cathedral (136 Sorauren Ave, Toronto, ON M6R2E3). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 2:45 PM to 3:15 PM at the Pine Hills Cemetery (625 Birchmount Rd, Scarborough, ON M1K1R1).
