She was predeceased by: her former husband Tadeusz Kaczmarek; and her husband Walter Jones. She is survived by: her children, David (Lisa), Janice (Gabe), Lise (John) and Meryl (Daniel); her stepchildren, Stephen and Lynda (Danny); her grandchildren, Paul (Shirley), Jennifer (Cory), Jacob and Emma; her great grandchildren, Jackson and Mia; her brother Derek; her niece Wendy; her nephew Ian; and her goddaughter Patricia.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the The Church of St Jude (Wexford) (10 Howarth Ave, Scarborough, ON M1R1H4).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dilys' memory may be made to St Jude (Wexford) Anglican Church or Michael Garron Hospital.
