She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Silverberg. She is survived by: her husband John Gillespie; her father Larry Silverberg; her stepmother Judi Gottlieb; her siblings, Tracie (Harold Seidel), Jodi (David Goldstein) and Jason (Michelle Silverberg); her nieces and nephews, Hayley, Jamie, Sydney, Nate, Leila, Eden, Cameron, Levi and Charley; her stepchildren, Ewan, Katie Gillespie, Liz Gillespie, Rachel Gillespie and Sean Martin; her grandchildren, Clara, Henry, Charlie and Julia; and her mother-in-law Gwendolyne Willms.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel (2401 Steeles Ave W, North York, ON M3J2P1).
