He was predeceased by: his parents, Dimitrios Mareskes and Christina Mareskes (Lambiris); and his siblings, Eugenia Stamatakos, Fedra Laskaris, Anastasia Armyros, Stavroula Hasou and George Mareskes.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Mareskes (Xu); his brother Soto Mareskes (Sotirios); his sister-in-law Yan Xu; and his niece New York. He is also survived by cousins, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cardinal Funeral Home (366 Bathurst St, Toronto, ON M5T 2S6). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Russian Orthodox Cathedral of Christ (823 Manning Ave, Toronto, ON M6G2W9).
