He is survived by: his wife Jackie Van; his mother Penny (Al); his brother Andrew; his nephews, Noah and Ben; his parents-in-law, Kathy and Martin; his sisters-in-law, Rose and Sheila; his nephews, Bram (Constance), Bret (Kala), Ethan, Quin and Chris; and his niece Rachael.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Centre (50 Overlea Blvd, Toronto, ON M4H1B6). After working as a Senior Technologist in the Antibody Investigation Lab at Canadian Blood Services for 30 years, Chris retired in March 2020 as we entered covid lockdown, during which he and Jackie rediscovered Toronto's walking trails; enjoying their new findings in the city they call home.
