She was predeceased by: her spouse Alva Clarey; her brother Paul O'Rourke; and her parents, Daniel and Charlotte O'Rourke of Charlottetown. She is survived by: her children, Peter Clarey (Olena) of Toronto and Gillian Birss (Randy) of Edmonton; her grandchildren, Tristan (Stephanie), Shannon Roache (Connor), Richard and Daria Clarey; and her siblings, Robert O'Rourke (Gloria), Patricia Bengochea (Joaquin), Barb O'Toole (Michael) and Tom O'Rourke (Anne Marie).
If so desired, donations may be made to the Provincial Palliative Care Centre, who cared for her beloved Alva in July of 2023.
