She was predeceased by: her parents, John Foster and Stella Foster (Hiltz); her husband Edgar Turner; and her siblings, Joyce, Richard "Dick" and Clifford.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Turner (George) of Toronto and Crystal Gehue (Troy) of Aylesford; her grandson Michael Nicholson; her sister Jenny "Bun" Trask; her sisters-in-law, Maryanne Turner, Muriel Turner and Margaret Foster; and her stepgrandchildren, Gwen and Ivy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Serenity Funeral Home (34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr, Coldbrook, NS B4R1B9). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Serenity Funeral Home Chapel (34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr, Coldbrook, NS B4R1B9).
