He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Carmina Travassos; his children, Fatima Labinowicz, Carmina Oliveira (Joe) and Benjamin F. Travassos; and his granddaughters, Tara Nagentheren (Shandeep), Erika Saraiva (Jon), Emily Osmow (Ben) and Abigail Oliveira. He was also cherished by his wife and three children.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cardinal Funeral Homes-Bathurst Time (366 Bathurst St, Toronto, ON M5T2S6). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (588 Adelaide St W, Toronto, ON M6J3P8). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Park Lawn Cemetery (2845 Bloor St W, Etobicoke, ON M8X1A6).
