He was predeceased by: his wife Penafrancia Tanguilig Escote; his parents, Paz Aldea Escote and Francisco Escote; and his siblings, Rosa, Salvador, Nestor, Ophelia and Edwin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rey and Teresita; his children, Maria'Mary', Arturo Jr.'Junior' and Joseph; and his grandchildren, Cristiana'Tia', Dorian, Arthur'Boboy', Mitchell, Joel, Jamie and Jonah'Boboy 2'.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the G. H. Hogle Funeral Home (63 Mimico Ave, Etobicoke, ON M8V1R2). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Leo's Catholic Church (277 Royal York Rd, Etobicoke, ON M8V2V8). A burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (7300 Hwy 27, Woodbridge, ON L4H0S2).
