With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Antonio Russo (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on April 16, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Antonio had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Antonio may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Mike (Elizabeth) and Frank (Tracey); and his grandchildren, Robertson and Emma.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the DeMarco Funeral Home (Woodbridge Chapel) (8003 Weston Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L0K6). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Parish (72 Mansfield Ave, Toronto, ON M6J2B2). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (8361 Yonge St, Thornhill, ON L3T2C7).
