As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Antonio may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

He is survived by: his wife Maria; and his children, Margarida (Floriberto), Ana (late Rui), Fernanda, Antonio "Tony" (Sandra), Paulo (Liz), Lucia "Lucy" and Jennifer (Marco).

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vescio Funeral Home "toronto Chapel" (2080 Dufferin St, York, ON M6E3R7). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church (1037 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6H1M4). A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Prospect Cemetery (1450 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON M6E1C6).
