Anna Sardella Di Leo Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2025, at the age of 98, Anna Sardella Di Leo (Toronto, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Rocco Di Leo. She is survived by: her children, Adele Newton (Peter), Micki Di Leo (Bruce "Giambrusch" Snowden), Mary Ann McKlusky (Doug), John Di Leo and Etta Di Leo (Dave Johnston); her grandchildren, Adam Ostrowski (Tamara), David Newton (Caryl Davies), Evan McKlusky, Erin McKlusky (Josh Muench), Savannah Di Leo and Cassidy Di Leo; her great grandchild Alice Ostrowski; and her sister Bianca Plati. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Albion Chapel (855 Albion Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9V1A3). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at the Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst St, North York, ON M2R1Y6). During the pandemic, she knit dishcloths that were sold to raise money for the Food Bank of Waterloo Region as well as other charities that were close to her heart.
