She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband George; her children, Dionisios (Athanasia), Kondilo (Christos), Angela (George) and Peter (Dorothea); her children-in-law, George (Gina), Peter (Diana), Anna (Angelo), Margarita (Daniel), Phillip (Zdenka), Maria Anna (Tony), Nikita (Duska), Gregory, Angelica, James and Sophia; her great grandchildren, Dionisis, Ioanna, Giannis, Athanasia Sianna, Dimitri, Jenette, John, Christopher, Julianna, Arianna, Christian, Chloe, Noah, Angelina, Anabelle, James, Elena and Cole; her parents, Angeliki Kassela and Dimitris Kassela; her brother Nikolaki; her son Panagiotis; and also Theo Niko. She was also cherished by her aunt, uncle, and five cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ralph Day Chapel (50 Overlea Blvd, Toronto, ON M4H1B6). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (30 Thorncliffe Park Dr., Toronto, ON M4H1H8). A burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the York Cemetery (160 Beecroft Rd, North York, ON M2N5Z5).
