Anastazja Forys Obituary

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Michael; her children, Jerry (Helga) and Roman (Lesia); her grandchildren, John (Rita), Christina (Roberto), Steven, Andrew and Alexandra (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Michael, Olivia and Daniel.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Turner & Porter - Yorke Chapel (2357 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6S1P4). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church (4 Bellwoods Ave, Toronto, ON M6J2P4). A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Park Lawn Cemetery (2845 Bloor St W, Etobicoke, ON M8X3A1).
