He is survived by: his children, Veronica Farrell (Larry) and Richard Kostianiuk (Debra); his grandchildren, Melanie (Kevin), Kelly (Dan), Richard (Shannon) and Virginia; his great grandchild Erikka; and his sibling Richarda Krzymuska of Poland.
