He was predeceased by: his sibling Baron Barton of Edmonton. He is survived by: his child Willie D. Barton (Judy Bond-Barton); his grandson Cody W. Fay-Barton; his children, Charles Barton, Jennifer Barton and Shannon Barton; his mother Ethel Barton (late Roy) of Elliott Lake; his sisters, Valerie Lamptman (Brian) of Sudbury, Joyce Tanguay (Wallie) of Elliott Lake and Debbie Barton of Sudbury; his close friends, Rose Bertin and John Leduc; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.

Due to covid restrictions, the family has decided to have a celebration of Billy's life at a later date.

Remembrance donations to the Canadian Blood Services or the Timmins and District Humane Society or would be greatly appreciated.
