He is survived by: his children, Brian Green (Tammy), Brent Green (Joanne), Lisa Green, Lori Clifford (Sean) and Brandon Green (Suzan); his grandchildren, Jesse (Shontel), Bret (Rebecca), Zachary (Samantha), Christopher, Stephanie, Andrew, Gabrielle, Jonathan, Cameron, Mackenzie, Benjamin, Ashley (Brandon), Kyle, Tyler, Korey and Madison; his great grandchildren, Sarah, Sierra, Cole, Lucas, Payton, Blake, Brody, Travis, Nolan, Iris and Avery; and his siblings, Gerald, Phyllis (Don), Carol (Fred) and Terry (Mary).
