He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive Page and Alex Page; and his brother Terry. He is survived by: his brothers, Rick (Debbie) and David (Kim); his children, Dereck (Cory) and Caren; his grandchildren, Brooke, Madisyn, Morgan, Dusty, Berglund and Willow; and his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Rylan, Lindy and Danya.
