He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Cieslak and Martha Cieslak; and his siblings, Ann, Tom, Bob and Tony.
He is survived by: his siblings, Erika Pichette, Sue Hobin (Randy) and Sofie Cieslak; his nieces and nephews, Charlie, Jason, John, Sarah, Matthew and Emily; and his friends, Cindy, Willie, Amy and Kelsey. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins.
