We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2023, Simone Mathieu (Timmins, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lionel Mathieu; her parents, Lionel Savard and Delice Savard; and her siblings, Laurent, Yvette Brisson, Rhéal, Irène Mathieu and Pauline Joron.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise (Paul Véronneau) and Christine (Sylvia Primeau-Beasley); her grandchildren, Marcus, Wilson and Isabelle; her siblings, Raymond, Ernest, Laurette Groulx, Léa Melanson, Hélène (Philippe Joron), Armand (Claudette), Rolande (Paul Vien) and Aime (Colette); her sister-in-law Réange; and her pets, Champ and Gizmo.
Remembrance donations to the Timmins Food Bank or the Timmins District Humane Society would be gratefully appreciated.
