He was predeceased by: his father John Simmons; his grandparents, Bill and Clara De Luca; and his aunt Roma Simunovic. He is survived by: his mother Leah De Luca (Brian Ward); his sibling Audra Simmons (Mark Ferraro); his nieces and nephews, Davida, Marcello, Massimo and Angelo; his great-niece Luna; his uncles, Paul Simunovic and Alan De Luca; his great-aunt Frankie Morandin; and his cousins, Peter, Lino, Mark Morandin, Derek, Wayde (Tammy), Marisa (Jason) and Elena (Drew).
