He was predeceased by: his parents, Auguste Brunet and Alice Brunet; and his siblings, Jeanne Brunet, Yvonne Dumoulin, Etienne, Laurent, Raymond, Marcel and Yvon.

He is survived by: his wife Rachel Brunet; his children, Jean Brunet (Anna), Joel Brunet (Julie), Julie Lefebvre (Paul) and Lynn Mills (Dean); his grandchildren, Allison, Natascha (Josh), Matthieu, Daniel (Ashley), Katrine (Mike), Michael (Sarah) and Ryan (Andrea); his great grandchildren, Luka, Emilie, Gabrielle, Jacob, Caleb, William, Laura and Aria; and his siblings, Annette Audet (Norm) and Normand Brunet (Diana). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
