He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rolande Levesque, Jeannette, Lionel, Jean-Paul, René, Maurice and Jacques.

He is survived by: his wife Nora Larocque; his children, Gerry (Debbie), Robert (Lisa), Tracy (Dave), Cathy and Jack (Renee); his grandchildren, Darryl, Craig, Brittney, Hunter, Gabrièle, Maari, Matthew, Jérôme and Sébastien; his great grandchildren, Carter and Charlotte; his sister Alberte Lambert (Oscar); and his caregivers, Suzette, Amanda, Annie and Tina.

Remembrance donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Donations are being accepted for: HEART STROKE FOUNDATION ONTARIO (HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION OF ONTARIO).
