He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his daughters, Jocelyne, Dorothy, Kate and Kloe; his stepson Jeffrey; his grandchild Payton; his parents, Fernand Desjardins and Solange Desjardins; his siblings, Ginette (Jeff), Louise (Ron), Sylvio (Nancy) and Joel (Saima); his mother-in-law Evangeline; his nieces and nephews, Eric, Michelle, Melanie, Amina, Qasim, Iqra, Anum and Ibrahim; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zack, Kaylie, Kali, Keanna, Leah and Nathan. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
