Ray Phillips Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Phillips (Timmins, Ontario), who passed away on August 23, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his mother Irene Seguin of Timmins; his brother Richard Phillips of Timmins; his father Prosper Dubeau of Timmins; and his grandparent John Phillips of Crystal Beach.

Remembrance donations to the PTSD Association of Canada would be greatly appreciated as Ray was a veteran.
