He was predeceased by: his parents, Erkki Munnukka and Ida Nikumah; and his sister Eileen Ylijoki. He is survived by: his daughter Amy Munnukka (Bradley Chartrand); his nieces and nephews, Anne-Maria Fournier (Noel Belair) and Kai Ylijoki (Jetsuda Areephong); and his great-nephew Daniel Fournier (Diane Russel).
