She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Laurin; her son Michel Laurin of Timmins; her parents, Alfred Bastarache and Albina Bastarache; and her siblings, Alice Éthier (Ulysse), Blanche Pelchat (Arthur), Laurette Bossé (Lucien), Piché (Roland), Angèla Girard (Paul), Armand Bastarache (Ida Laurin), Laurent Bastarache (Cécile Simard), Laurier Bastarache (Lucille Joli), Joe Lapointe (Carmelle) and Archille Lapointe (Laure-Anne).
She is survived by: her daughters, Murielle Beaulieu (Richard) of Notre-Dame and Marianne Carrière (Pierre) of Corbeil; her grandchildren, Angèle Brown (Kevin), Alain Carrière (Bernice), Marie-Hélène Colaiezzi (Patrick) and Marc Beaulieu (Anna); her great grandchildren, Aldéric, Olivia, Catherine, Élise, Luc, Xavier, Grayson, Ben and Abigail; her brother-in-law Clermont Fortier; and her friends, Micheline Swanson, Denise Bastien and Louise Giroux (Gerry). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In light of the current pandemic, in efforts to protect the public and the family, they have decided to have a private family service.
