She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosaire Ricard and Rita Tremblay; and her sister Jacqueline Buyers. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Monahan; her daughter Heather Monahan; her grandchild Randee-Lee Monahan-Serre; her great grandchildren, Mia and Cara; and her siblings, Lorraine Dupuis, Raymond Ricard, Florence Hart, Yvonne Ricard, Jean-Paul "John" Ricard, Claude Ricard, Florian, Denis Ricard, Rachel St-Louis, Lucien Ricard, Daniel Ricard, Mary-Anne Constantin, Normand Poulin and Carole Gravel.

Remembrance donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to Multiple Sclerosis would be greatly appreciated.
