He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Cloutier and Rolande Cloutier; his siblings, Raymond and Lorraine; and his siblings-in-law, Thérèse, Rita, Jacqueline, Urgel, Henri, Gerry and Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Lisette Cloutier; his children, Ginette Forster (Dave) and Gilles Cloutier (Deborah Lapointe); his siblings, Yvette, Roger, Lucien, Donald, Ernest, Ludger, Jean-Guy, Lucie, Marc, André and Denis; and his siblings-in-law, Laurier, Georgette, Madeleine and Roger.
Due to COVID-19, a private family gathering will be held at a later date.
Remembrance donations to the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
