She was predeceased by: her parents, Zuzanna Novotny and Michael Novotny; her nephew Mark Chudak; her brother-in-law Philip Chudak; and her sister Anna Novotny Chudak.
She is survived by: her brother Andrew (Sharon); her nephews, Steven Michael (Nancy), Philip Chudak (Linda), Derek Novotny (Elizabeth) and Darryl Novotny (Corrina); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan, Simone, Cameron and Kiera Novotny.
