She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice Koostachin; her son Edward Koostachin; her parents, John Nakogee and Emelda Nakogee; and her siblings, Abraham Nakogee, Alice Loone, Edmond Nakogee, Louie Nakogee, Linda Nakogee and Unnie Nakogee.
She is survived by: her children, Leonard Koostachin (Janet), Noella Nakogee, Wayne Koostachin (Roseabel), Eric Koostachin and Lucianne Scott (Andrew); and her siblings, Peter Nakogee (Lorraine) and Cecile Nakogee. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
