She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Marcella; her parents, Rose Lemieux and Jim Lemieux; her siblings, Madeline Morris, Veronica Mason, Marie Giguere, Viola Bertrand, Leonard, Dominic and Jack Lemieux; her grandson Michael McLeod; and her sons-in-law, Tom Michell and Ray McLeod.

She is survived by: her children, Carolyn McLeod and Gail Michell; her grandchildren, Jennifer McLeod, Shannon Michell, Chad and Maija Michell; and her great grandchildren, Max Leavoy, Bree and Reid Michell.

In lieu of flowers, the family will accept donations to McMaster Children's Hospital - Hamilton Health Sciences.
