It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeleine Lefort of Timmins, Ontario, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Madeleine Lefort to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Lefort; her parents, Henry Remmert and Elizabeth Remmert of Timmins; and her siblings, Anne Pitrie and John Remmert.
She is survived by: her sons, Denis, Donald (Ann) and Fred (Carmen); her grandchildren, Brenda Lefort, David Lefort, Jessica Robinson (Scott), James Lefort, Renée Lefort-Razon (Mark) and Sabrina Sullivan (Colin); her sister Mary Leone; her nieces, Laura Leone and Lisa Arsenault (Larry); and her nephew Michael Leone (Gretchen). She is also survived by her ten great-grandchildren.
