She was predeceased by: her former husband Leo Lafrenière; and her brothers, Marcel "Joe", Gilles and Gérard. She is survived by: her spouse Claude Coderre; her sons, Jean-Louis Lafrenière (Karen) of Kirkland Lake and Normand Lafrenière (Leah) of Timmins; her stepchildren, Claudette Coderre (Marcel Gagnon) of Timmins, Jean Coderre (Lucie) of Timmins, Paul Coderre (Monique) of Hanmer, Robert Coderre (Linda) of Timmins and Pierre Coderre (Lise) of Costa Rica; her siblings, Jeannine St-Pierre, Denise Marceau, John and Rejean Maillé; and her siblings-in-law, Madeleine, Irene, May, Reina, Yvonne, Therese and Yvon. She is also survived by her numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:15 PM at the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home, Cremation and Reception Centre (150 Balsam St S, Timmins, ON P4N2E2). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Chapel of Miron-Wilson Funeral Home (150 Balsam St S, Timmins, ON P4N2E2).
