He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Martel and Gemma Carriere (Martel-Lacasse); his siblings, Jacque Martel, Jean Martel, Paul Martel, Jacqueline Pelletier (Roger), Pierre Martel (Diane) and Pierrette Martel (Michel); his wife Rose Martel; his children, Greg Martel and Suzan Green; his family, Caleb Martel, Brody Fortin, Brennan Fortin, Carter Martel and Helena Martel; his children, Korey Martel and Madison-Rose Green; and his grandchildren, Brody (Stephanie Fortin), Leah, Colton Fortin, Korey (Sarah McRae) and Rosie Martel.
