He is survived by: his sons, Jason and Blake; his parents, Joan Bolger (Pete Godda) and Ivan Butt; his siblings, Mitchell, Travis (Bianca), Megan, Sophi, Ivani and Jeremy; his nephews, Parker and Miller; his grandmother Gertie Bolger; his aunts and uncles, Florence (Anthony), Norman (Anne Marie), Rhoda (George), Gina (Terry), Janice (Gary), Genevieve (Darius), Gary, Betty, Elaine (Kevin) and Darren (Peggy); his close friend Mona Lanteigne (Allie); and also Legend.
