It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lena Lafreniere (Timmins, Ontario), who passed away on July 25, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lena Lafreniere to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Florent Lafrenière; her parents, Tomas Perrier and Maria Perrier; her siblings, Anicet Perrier, Patrick Perrier (Jean), Renay Perrier, Doreen Desjardins (Philippe) and Thomas Perrier; and her son-in-law Bob Lauzon.
She is survived by: her children, Jocelyne Lauzon-Denis (Raymond) and Ronald Lafrenière (Sue); her grandchildren, Luc Lauzon (Chantal), Julie-Anne Lauzon, Christelle Card (Tim), Lianne Lafrenière and Patricia Lafrenière; her great grandchildren, Erica, Whitney, Mason Card, Abby Lauzon, Danika Lauzon and Trent Evans; and her siblings, Alcide Perrier (late Marie) of Kirkland Lake, Edna Chenier (late Marcel) of Ashcroft, Armand Perrier (Mary) and Marguerite Rivett (Ted) of Kirkland Lake. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Interment of ashes to follow at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery, Remembrance donations to the Extendicare Timmins or the Kinsmen Club of the Porcupine (Cystic Fibrosis) would be greatly appreciated.
