He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanne Levesque; his parents, Ben Chamberlain and Virginia Chamberlain; and his brothers, Gerard Pitre and Ronald Chamberlain.

He is survived by: his sons, Ben Chamberlain (Nicola) and Ken Chamberlain; his grandchildren, Alana (Brandon), Ben (Carling) and Jessica (Jaydan); his great grandchildren, Beverly and Bethany; and his siblings, Cecile Geddes (Bill), Rita Michaud (late Gilles), Aline Levesque (late Phil), Paul Chamberlain, Colette Casella (Joe) and Therese Zaroukian (Raffi). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
